How are items delivered?

Our products are delivered in a temperature controlled environment (-18C), and require to be stored in the freezer upon delivery. In line with the current COVID requirements, we offer contactless delivery.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

When choosing delivery date, please make sure you are able to accept your delivery on arrival. Due to the nature of our products, immediate freezer storage is required. If you have gone out when your delivery arrives, you will be contacted to authorise to leave it unattended. Please note, we recommend to store it safely in your freezer within maximum 30 minutes upon delivery being dropped off. You can also choose to have it redelivered in which case, a redelivery fee will apply.

How long does frozen products last?

All our products are made to order and then frozen for delivery. Upon receiving the products, it can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Do you provide cooking instructions?

Yes. Every product comes with detailed cooking instructions. We have tested and customised the cooking method, so its super easy to follow with absolute minimum of input required by you.
