Khinkali Cooking Instructions

If you have had your order delivered recently, you are probably wondering how to cook khinkali!?  

It’s EASY

 Follow the step by step instructions for a perfectly cooked khinkali.

1. Keep the khinkali in the freezer before cooking.

2. Use a large pot, and pour some water. 2L of water is enough for 7 khinkali. 

3. Once the water starts boiling, add 2 teaspoons of salt. 

4. Now, take the khinkali from the freezer and carefully add them to the water, one by one.

5. Using a wooden spoon, stir the water to avoid the khinkali sticking to each other (do this every time you add khinkali to the water).

6. Continue with the stirring for the first 2-3 minutes (every 20-30 seconds).

7. After the initial 2-3 minutes of regular stirring, you can let it heat up and mix the khinkali every 5 min. 

8. You do not need to cover the pot with a lid.

9. Once the water starts boiling again, it takes 3-4 minutes for perfectly cooked khinkali. 

10. You can enjoy khinkali as is or with some black pepper.
