Delivery of Goods

a) Delivery days are Wednesday and Saturday.

b) Pickup is available two days after placing an order.

c) To insure freshness of your delivery, we require two days to prepare your order.

d) Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address you have nominated.

e) Khinkali.com.au uses in-house delivery as well as different couriers to deliver your order, depending on the location and weight of your consignment, and will NOT be held responsible for any courier delays incurred.

f) Our products are delivered in a temperature controlled environment (-18C), and require to be stored in the freezer upon delivery. In line with the current COVID requirements, we offer contactless delivery.

g) When choosing delivery date, please make sure you are able to accept your delivery on arrival. Due to the nature of our products, immediate freezer storage is required. If you have gone out when your delivery arrives, you will be contacted to authorise to leave it unattended. Please note, we recommend to store it safely in your freezer within maximum 30 minutes upon delivery being dropped off. You can also choose to have it redelivered in which case, a redelivery fee will apply.

 

Returns or Refunds

  • If any goods that you have ordered are damaged or missing, you must contact khinkali.com.au within 24 hours of receiving them and register your complaint. Contact us here.
  • Products will only be accepted for a credit/replacement or refund if authorised by us.
  • Khinkali.com.au reserves the right to either re-supply the same products or to issues a credit, for authorised refunds.
